The Riverside Practice’s Pablo Jeczmien

Following numerous years teaching others about the fields of psychotherapy and psychiatry -- specifically university teaching positions and management roles -- Dr. Pablo Jeczmien wanted to become more personal in helping others achieve results in their mental health. He then moved into private clinical practice, working with The Riverside Practice in East Sussex. Known as a “centre for health and wellbeing,” this practice aims to help patients feel at home, providing a place where therapists feeling themselves in their healing art while also treating a wide variety of conditions for patients of all ages. The Riverside Practice has aided individuals since opening its doors in 2008, welcoming Jeczmien not long afterward. To the practice, he brings more than three decades of experience in these specialized fields, serving as a general adult consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist.

To individuals, couples and families, Jeczmien extends several specialties to those seeking holistic mental health assistance at The Riverside Practice -- he aids with anxiety disorders, including OCD, panic disorders and phobias; depressive disorders, including resistant and chronic depression; personality disorder; post-traumatic stress disorder; psychosis; and dual diagnosis, such as mental disorders alongside substance abuse.

Pablo Jeczmien, also a consultant psychiatrist with the National Health Service, consults with Mid Sussex practice The Alternative Healthcare as well, extending his professional help and expertise to its clinical patients as needed.
