Pablo Jeczmien, Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist

Immediately after finishing his training, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien started practicing as a consultant psychiatrist and as a psychotherapist with a particular interest in psychoanalysis. In addition to his past managerial and university teaching responsibilities, his interests have also encompassed philosophy of science, particularly related to psychiatry, the body, mind paradigm and the possible ways for mending this bridge. It is due to these two passions and interests that Dr. Pablo Jeczmien has created a career that consists of his consultancy, his private practice and the study and investigation incorporated into his clinical research.

Dr. Pablo Jeczmien is an adult consultant psychiatrist in the National Health Service as well as a member of the British Medical Association, the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and the General Medical Council. He is an expert in the fields of psychosis and personality disorders and more specifically depression, anxiety disorders and posttraumatic stress disorders.
As well as being a consultant psychiatrist, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien also sees patients privately at The Riverside Practice, Forest Row, East Sussex (theriversidepractice.com). In his private practice, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien includes psychotherapy for individuals as well as couples and families. In addition to being an adult consultant psychiatrist and running a private practice, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien also has a thriving research career. His research studies Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy. These studies are in efforts to find new ways to translate his research findings into clinical practice.
